Fundraising

It costs around £250, a rough average, for each child, and some 200 children visit the Centre each year.

We are fortunate in the many ways Unitarian, and other, friends find to support us!

# Single donations  # Monthly standing orders

# Bequests  # Donations “In Memoriam”

Fundraisers…

  • Coffee Morning  Concert
  • Special Collections – Christmas, Lent
  • Birthday/ Anniversary gifts in lieu of presents on that “special” day
  • Celebrating that promotion  Thanksgiving for your holiday
  • Gifts of “residual” shares

Some of the children who have enjoyed holidays at Great Hucklow themselves take part in fund-raising activities in their own schools and groups.

_____

All gifts are used for holidays except for legacies and those made “In Memoriam”, which are put into a Capital Account. The interest from this account is used for the holidays.

Costs are up 10% this year. Could your donation match that?
